This Privacy Policy explains what personal data claude4spec collects, why we process it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It reflects how the service actually handles your data. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.

Who we are

The data controller for this service is LAMA WEB & AI sp. z o.o., registered office at pl. Solny 15, 50-062 Wroclaw, Poland (KRS 0001052379, NIP 8971926129, REGON 526088223). claude4spec is operated by LAMA WEB & AI sp. z o.o. under the inharness brand. Data we collect

Account data you provide: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text), plus a strictly necessary session cookie (c4s_session) that keeps you signed in to the owner panel. Contact form data: if you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, plus your IP address (for spam and abuse prevention). Analytics: with your consent, pseudonymous identifiers used to measure aggregate usage. No analytics is loaded until you opt in.

Cookies

Cookies used by this service: c4s_session — strictly necessary — keeps you signed in to the owner panel — provider LAMA WEB & AI sp. z o.o. — retention 30 days. cc_cookie — strictly necessary — stores your cookie-consent choice — provider LAMA WEB & AI sp. z o.o. — retention ~6 months. _ga / _ga_* — analytics (consent required) — distinguish visitors and persist Google Analytics session state — provider Google LLC — retention up to 2 years.

How we share your data

We use a small number of processors who act on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and infrastructure, hosted in an EU region. Transactional email provider (AWS / Amazon SES) — delivers contact-form auto-replies and operator notifications. Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile CAPTCHA on the contact form (bot and abuse prevention). Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (aggregate, pseudonymous usage).

International data transfers

Most processing takes place within the European Union / EEA. Cloudflare may process request metadata (including your IP address) outside the EEA for bot mitigation, under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Google Analytics data is transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and is deleted or anonymised after you close it. Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and prevent abuse. Cookies are retained for the periods shown in the Cookies section above.

Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies and account data: performance of the contract and legitimate interest (operating the service you asked for). Contact form data: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and preventing abuse of the form. Analytics: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not load Google Analytics until you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@inharness.ai.

US / California privacy (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact privacy@inharness.ai.

Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical measures: passwords are stored only as secure hashes, data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
